Here’s the problem; I know I need to exercise but I don’t have time to go to the gym.

And that’s how we’re programmed isn’t it? Exerecise is done at the gym.  But with that comes a few “hurdles”, since we’re talking exercise.

Here are just a few; long work hours, tired out because of long work hours, to much to do after work etc etc etc. But the fact remains that exercise is key to longevity. There is no disputing that.

So as Nike says, JUST DO IT. I know, easy to say not so easy to do. Eventually we’ll delve into some thoughts on creating reasonable goals that won’t sabotage our plans of health and fitness. But  for now let’s just agree that fitness at home is doable.  

So look around this site, read some reviews, get some ideas, tell your friends about it and lets get our fitness on!
